A deposit of 100% is required for reservations of one bed-night.

A deposit of 50% is required for all other bookings.

Deposits are neither refundable nor transferable.

The balance of the nightly bed tariff is taken if cancellation notice is given less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival.

If you do not check in for the first night of your scheduled stay, or do not phone us to reconfirm your booking by 7pm of the scheduled date of your arrival, your reservation for consecutive nights will be deemed cancelled and the beds re-let.

Checking in is between 4 – 7pm. We cannot guarantee your reservation if your arrival is after 7pm unless you forewarn us that you will be late.

Bookings can, at our discretion, be provisionally held for two weeks prior to payment of deposit if enquiries are made six months in advance.
